AI Solutions Architect and Full-Stack Developer with 10+ years building production systems — from broadcast desktop apps and GIS platforms to microservices at scale and AI agent orchestration. Currently CTO of Khora Design Lab and co-founder of a stealth AI startup.
Over the past three years I have lived inside the AI shift: shipping voice agents that hold their own against humans, replacing entire support lines with LLM workflows, and prototyping autonomous multi-agent systems. Comfortable as a one-person product team or as the technical lead of a multidisciplinary group.

High-performance web apps for a UK-based fintech. ReactJS + NextJS + TypeScript; SSR for SEO and performance; cache services. Part of a 5-person agile team — 2 years at the leading edge of the JS world. Worked remotely from Çanakkale, Muğla, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia during this period.

A new product launched inside Kariyer.net: HrVenue — an async interview platform where candidates record themselves answering HR questions. I joined this project as a full-stack developer and finally connected the CQRS + Mediator + DDD triangle in a real codebase here.

Back-end developer in the Application Tracking System team at one of Turkey's largest job platforms. A self-organising 10-person scrum squad, migration to microservices, full-text search with Elastic, messaging with RabbitMQ/Kafka. The real meaning of the word "scale."
Improde
A construction-tech company. "imarsorgulama.com" — a product that detects illegal construction and shows results on a 3D model. Flipping a map from 2D to 3D with Cesium, computing altitudes from Z coordinates; my first real contact with the GIS world.
XeusMedia Technology
Products for the broadcasting sector — Playout, Character Generator, Scheduler. When I joined we were rewriting them from scratch. This is where I first met the network-programming side of the craft, with distributed desktop apps talking over TCP/IP.
SSCTur
My first job. Worked on the former alobilethatti.com, developing online flight ticket sales software. This is where I first saw a .NET production environment.
Türk Telekom
Ten months of internship at Turkey's largest telecom. My first time feeling the breath of a corporate IT department — network maintenance, hardware, cables under desks. Learned that "writing software" sits inside a much larger ring of other work.
Autonomous AI agent orchestration

Hierarchical chief/specialist agents, voice commands over Telegram, Whisper + XTTS pipeline, soft/hard cap cost control. The lab where I'm trying to run a digital agency fully autonomously.

Sky Dancer hybrid toy — time-travel universe
2026 – Present
A brand universe built around a Sky Dancer hybrid toy character. Time-travel narrative, six historical costume eras, TikTok live channel, and a Next.js web platform. Retro-Futurist UI direction with Three.js 3D experience.
AI art e-commerce platform
2026 – Present
An e-commerce platform selling AI-generated artwork. BiFatura integration, iyzico payments, Trendyol synchronisation. A personal venture.
A mobile guide for the island
2025 – Present
A mobile app answering everything a Bozcaada visitor asks. Offline maps on cliffs, restaurant reservations, island wind. Took it live in 2025 in about 3 months — the island still uses it.
AI-powered social media analytics + NFT platform
2025
A Web3 platform that analyzes Twitter/X engagement with Superchain networks and enables users to mint their social influence as NFTs. AI agent automatically analyzes the last 100 X posts. Airdrop system for Optimism Collective contributors with cross-chain minting support.

Khora — Turkish Chamber of Architects system migration and modernisation
2025 – Present
Migration of the Turkish Chamber of Architects' existing system from MySQL to PostgreSQL, modular rewrite, and digital transformation project. Executed under Khora.
Khora — 3D scanning and visualisation with Apple RoomPlan
2025 – Present
A room-scanning and 3D visualisation app using the Apple RoomPlan SDK. Actively in development under Khora.
Astrology app with 12 mythological AI characters
2025 – Present
An astrology app where each zodiac sign is guided by a distinct mythological AI character. Voiced characters via ElevenLabs, subscriptions via RevenueCat, multi-language support (TR/EN/ES). A personal venture preparing for live launch.
Going full-time on my own products after Debite
2024 – 2025
After 2 years at Debite, closing the salaried chair and going full-time on my own products. Cancelled Stelyum, committed fully to working with AI. Entered the Web3 world, shipped the Pluton game. This pivot is what later made the Khora CTO seat possible.

Telegram-based Web3 game — 1.3M users
2024 – 2025
A Telegram-based Web3 game I built while living in a caravan. Reached 1.3 million users, handled 150K daily traffic. Experienced the distribution power of Web3 and Telegram's viral mechanics firsthand.

Turkey's motorcycle marketplace — bidding + instant purchase
2024 – Present
A specialised marketplace for the Turkish motorcycle market. Next.js 14 with SSR and image optimisation, Tailwind for mobile-first design, real-time bidding system. 90+ Lighthouse performance score, 75K+ Instagram followers for user acquisition.

Voice + NLP for customer service
2024 – Present
Real-time voice agents on ElevenLabs + OpenAI. The first time I couldn't tell the agent from a human, I knew the boundary of this job had moved.
Replacing a call center with AI
2024 – Present
Redesigned an ERP support line with AI. 60% lower operational cost; human operators now step in only for edge cases.
Personal startup rewritten three times on Heybeliada Island
2021 – 2024
A personal startup I ran in parallel with Kariyer.net and Debite. Rewrote it from scratch three times — each rewrite was a new technical lesson, a new abandonment, a new commitment. Sea on the island, screen on the mainland. Cancelled in mid-2024.

Smart logistics chain platform
2020 – 2021
A smart logistics project optimising delivery processes. As lead developer I architected and built the system — real-time tracking, route optimisation, third-party integrations. 1 web client (VueJS), 2 mobile apps (React Native + Expo), 1 admin panel (ReactJS), and 9 backend services (NodeJS). The entire backend ran on AWS Lambda via Serverless Framework.

Illegal-construction detection at Improde — from 2D to 3D maps
2017 – 2018
Flagship product at Improde: a B2C/B2B service that detected illegal construction using municipal zoning data and rendered it on a 3D model. Flipped the map from 2D to 3D with Cesium and mapped Z coordinates of building geometries to elevation. My first real contact with GIS, geometric databases, and N-Tier architecture.

XeusMedia — TV graphics editor in WPF
2015 – 2016
A Windows application built in WPF. An advanced Photoshop-like workspace: drag-and-drop placement of labels, crawl text, animations, logos, timers. All changes were sent to the server over TCP/IP. I also wrote the core service that the CG app connected to.
